Project Monitoring

Whether you are a lender, a purchaser, an investor or a tenant of a new development, it is
crucial that due diligence is carried out to protect your interest. And this starts with a
detailed review of the construction proposals.

By appointing England and Co. as Project Monitor, we will carry out an in-depth analysis of
things like specifications, statutory permissions, appointment documents, contract
documents, programme and costs to ensure that the delivered project is in-line with your
expectations. Furthermore, we ensure that should anything go wrong, you are covered.

Our experience will be used to identify, assess and manage potential risks- typically before
they even arise. We will represent you at site progress meetings and inspect works
periodically to confirm that the works are on time, on budget and to the level of quality
promised. Our findings will then be summarised in our interim monitoring report along with
the certification of any drawdown funds.
